How Can severe Fever Along With Diarrhea Be Treated?

Currently have a fever that has topped 103 for three straight days, last night topping 104. Seems to reoccur every 5-6 weeks for about the last 6 months. This time accompanied by diarrhea, but often with no other symptoms. Any thoughts as to the cause?

I have evaluated your query thoroughly
it seems like GITinfection with fever

you take cefixime and ornidazole combination twice a day for five days
you can take lactobacilus 1thrice a day for five days don't eat commercial products and unhygienic things eat home made rice and khichdi don't drink un pure water
take paracetamol 2times a day for five days
